Personalised exam timetables

Every student now has their own personal exam timetable – they must keep these safe and check them each day.

Due to the length of certain papers and national exam board rules, some exams will finish after the end of the school day. Please review these finish times with your child and ensure they have a safe way to get home.

End-of-day procedures

We have made these changes to help students during their exams:

• For exams finishing at 3.00pm, students may leave school straight after their exam, rather than waiting until 3.15 pm (not Thursdays).

• If students want to remain in school to attend a "Booster" revision session, or to wait for their usual transport, they are welcome to wait in Diner 3.

• If you would like your child to stay in school until the official end of the school day (3.15 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday), let us know at manc-y11@coopacademies.co.uk

We know this can be a high-pressure time. To support student wellbeing during exams, our counsellor is offering weekly drop-in sessions:

• When: Every Monday and Tuesday

• Time: 3.15pm

• Where: MFL
