To make sure our classrooms are calm and ready for learning, we are making a small change to our morning routine.

What is changing? 

From Tuesday 2 June, our school gates will be locked at 8.25am.

We need all students to be in their seats and ready to learn by 8.30am. To support this, we have spoken with the school bus company, and the school bus will now pick up students 5 minutes earlier in the morning.

What happens if a student is late? 

We want to work together to make sure everyone arrives on time. If a student does arrive late, after 8.25am, they will be given a same-day 20-minute lunchtime detention.

We know that a prompt start helps our students feel safe, settled, and ready to succeed.
