GCSE Results Day 2025

GCSE Results Day takes place on Thursday 21 August. Students will be able to collect their exam results in person between the hours of 9am and 12pm.
If any student is unable to attend Results Day, we can give their results to an adult (over 18), however this must be arranged with us in advance. A handwritten letter will be required from the student, giving their nominated adult permission to collect their results. On the day, this person must bring the letter and at least one form of ID. If no one is able to collect the results, they will, on request, be available to be collected once school reopens in September. Please note results cannot be emailed.
On Results Day we will ask for up-to-date contact details for each student prior to handing over their results. This is so we can contact students should there be any queries relating to their results.
In addition to the Year 11 and Senior Leadership teams being present on Results Day, the Careers Team will also be available for support and guidance. Please ensure your child doesn’t delay contacting their chosen college as if they miss enrolment there is a chance they will lose their place. Following Results Day, if your child has any questions regarding their next steps, please contact Mrs. Davey and Mrs Godfrey at manc-careersteam@coopacademies.co.uk
If any students aren’t happy with their results, try not to worry - academy staff will be available to help them understand their options. The links below may also be helpful:
