Urgent message for all families with a child/children eligible for Free School Meals (FSM)

ACTION NEEDED!

In order for your child to continue receiving free school meals in September, you must apply/reapply before 31st July.

Check your eligibility and apply here. Note – you will need to reapply every year.

If this is not done, your child will not get their free food entitlement.

Alternatively, if you would like us to apply annually on your behalf, complete this form.

Summer attendance challenge!

We are launching our Summer Term Attendance Challenge starting today!

We're bringing giant inflatables into the sports hall on the last day of term. And we want every single student to be there to enjoy it.

How can your child take part?

We want as many students as possible to join the fun. To earn their spot on the inflatables, students need to achieve:

  • 100% attendance* this week and next week.

  • Zero lates – being inside the academy and ready to learn on time every morning.

*Valid medical notes will be accepted where appropriate.

Thank you for your continued support in getting your child into school on time every day. Let’s finish this school year strong!

RSHE parent/carer consultation

In England, schools are required by law to consult parents when developing or reviewing their Relationships, Sex, and Health Education (RSHE) curriculum.

This consultation is your opportunity to understand what your child is learning and to give us some feedback.

Please share your feedback with us by Monday 13th July.

Home Learning for Years 7 & 10

Last week, all students in Years 7 and 10 were set home learning to complete on Sparx Maths. This must be done by Monday 13th July.
